Passionate about cooking and creative by nature, Stéphanie Dufour, Laurie Pagé, and Valérie Taillon is a team out of the box! Their mission is to offer their community tools and avenues for reflection to establish a healthy and responsible relationship with agri-food.
The three co-founders of Entre l’assiette et nous, a non-profit organization in Contrecœur — MRC Marguerite-D’Youville — have many projects, including a restaurant and culinary workshops for kids from 6 to 12.

The Lily Gourmande is a social economy company led by a committed and dynamic team that takes the time to talk about the menu, products, and producers with the customers. All profits are reinvested to foster a healthy relationship with agri-food. This practice positively influences people’s quality of life!
