Sophia Najem turned her passion for sugar into a dream career! Before founding the pastry store Noisette & Chocolat, which opened its doors in Longueuil in November 2021, this former communicator worked for more than ten years in the catering field, including pastries.
Convinced of her new career, she obtained a diploma of professional studies in pastry and then worked as a cake decorator and manager. The jump to entrepreneurship seemed natural for Sophia, who sought the help of our microcredit organization to have her own company.
Today, she does for her clients what she has loved to do for her loved ones since childhood: delight them with delicious little treats! At her artisanal pastry shop, she makes fresh, quality, and ideal products for any occasion:
Anxious to satisfy all sugar cravings, Sophia also offers vegan, nut-free and gluten-free pastries on request. In addition, the Noisette & Chocolat team creates delicacies that bring a touch of sweetness to corporate events and weddings.
